DRJ sites will receive hands-on support to implement a new disciplinary system called AdvisingGenz. This mobile app and LMS allow youth professionals to administer discipline in a compassionate environment. Similar to defensive driving, AdvisingGenz offers diversion-based courses covering various discipline-related topics.

 

Our online platform, accessible on any device, provides educators and criminal justice professionals with a modern tool to help redirect low-risk and first-time young offenders who have violated school codes of conduct or broken the law. The platform features digital diversion methods, engaging curriculum, social competency, career exploration, the ability to track behavior, administer mental health assessments, in-depth data reporting, virtual events, and direct access to teletherapy.
