Join us in building safer schools and communities across the country.
Organizations selected to become DRJ Sites undergo a 12-stage implementation process that helps them provide a transformative experience for youth professionals. This process aims to teach the youth professionals how to transform the culture within their organizations towards accountability, collaboration, empathy, and transparency. The goal is to promote positive interactions between first-time and low-risk young offenders and their families.
Join a network of youth practitioners dedicated to turning today's young offenders into tomorrow's leaders by applying to convert your organization into a DRJ site or becoming an AdvisingGenz Platform administrator.
Funding Opportunity
Advising Generation Z's 501(c)(3) is pleased to announce the availability of funds for school districts and county juvenile services to lower suspensions and reduce youth crimes to participate in a new initiative called "Discipline Reimagined Journey" (DRJ).
This program aims to convert school districts, juvenile courts, and JJAEP into DRJ sites where they can cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, empathy, and transparency among first-time and low-risk youth ages 10-24 and their families. Awards range from $1,000 -$10,000 for one year.
These funds will be awarded competitively and should specifically used to implement the AdvisingGenz Platform as a disciplinary resource or convert their organization into a DRJ Site. Selected organizations will receive hands-on support to implement a new disciplinary system called AdvisingGenz. If you would like to receive a demo of the platform, click the "request a meeting" bottom below.
