Service Description

As part of Advising Generation Z’s Discipline Reimagined Journey (DRJ) 12-Stage Implementation Roadmap — Stage 9: “Roadside Assistance”, youth-serving organizations utilizing the AdvisingGENZ Platform are invited to participate in 30-minute Lunch & Learn sessions designed to provide ongoing, hands-on implementation support. These sessions help frontline professionals and site administrators stay confident and consistent in using the platform to support youth development and data tracking. Each session is led by an AdvisingGENZ trainer and a Help Desk specialist, offering real-time guidance on: - Navigating and applying the AdvisingGENZ platform - Onboarding students or new staff - Troubleshooting Help Desk issues - Reviewing curriculum implementation best practices
