We assist school districts in transforming high-risk campuses into DRJ sites to reduce in-school suspensions and referrals to DEAP. We train frontline staff to incorporate AdvisingGenz digital diversion videos and curriculum into their behavior management systems and create sustainable solutions.

School districts chosen to become DRJ Sites will have access to resources that help students understand why they are being reprimanded. Additionally, students will have direct access to teletherapy services to address any mental health concerns promptly and effectively.
